So there is a “perfect hotel” which I thought doesn’t exist till I found this. The stay has been pleasant and the staff is so nice. Breakfast buffet was amazing and room interior, the cleanliness etc is next level. This has become my go-to hotel for future. A perfect hotel for family in the heart of Delhi on budget price.

Staff were helpful with excellent English. Security guard present at the door at all times. Neighborhood wasn’t the greatest, but it’s close to many things.

This hotel is an excellent value for money. All of the staff are extremely friendly, John the manager was incredibly helpful and welcoming and took care of all of our needs. The room was clean and comfortable. We used room service many times, they have a big menu and the food is very good. This is a busy area but the hotel is up a side street so it is much quieter than the main road and we weren’t disturbed at all. Highly recommended.

Can be considered only 2 star hotel

Room size were terribly small, hardly little bigger then double bed size, not sure why they call it deluxe room. Breakfast was served on fifth room were lift does goes, so difficult for people with kneen problem, food was not bad bit not too great also, i would say just ok to have. Bedsheets and towels werr not of good quality now very clean, use to smell. Their book use to offer complimentary airport transfer but when you actually reach there and ask for it they will start telling you terms and conditions for it. Over all it is ok if you are looking for 2 star level hotel.

The staff was very friendly, and nice. The breakfast in the morning was very good. A lot of options. The room was nice, and pretty clean. The only thing that did not go well was the fact that the driver for pickup at the airport was late. There is a money exchanger at the end of the alley which is convenient. You should also see the Gandhi memorial prior to checking in. Supposed to be good karma when first arriving in India. When this was posted it was one week after the G20. Everything was very clean. They did a wonderful job cleaning up deli and New Delhi.

We did not get picked up at airport although requested many times. Calling at the airport via WhatsApp the phone was turned off/ unanswered for more than an hr and when finally answered staff told us they had no records of our booking. Eventually made our own way there, our booking was found and a quick sleep before leaving for a train. A crappy Delhi experience between hotel and pickpockets stealing mobile 20 mins after leaving the hotel. Unreliable communication at this hotel but friendly staff when you arrive.

Ein für sich ist es ein sehr gut gelegenes hotel direkt nahe der hauptstrasse trodzdem ruhig. Aber das problem hier is seit langem das safety Boxen nicht funktionieren .

This place is not worth the price. The rooms are not renovated and there is lot of dirt in bathrooms and rooms. The bedsheets have stains and not thoroughly clean. The staff is professional for the price you pay but the poor quality of rooms is discouraging. At max, this is a 2000 Rs hotel per night

As Fotos parecem perfeitas, mas paguei um quarto superior e ao chegar lá, me deram um quarto qualquer, pouco limpo! Wi-Fi não pega no quarto, de jeito nenhum! Fiquei um dia fora do hotel e deixei não perturbe na porta, não adiantou; entraram no meu quarto mesmo assim e ainda deixaram rolo de papel higiênico vazio e coberta jogada.

Description and pictures did not meet the actual state of the property. My parents got a really bad small room on ground floor which was not even properly cleaned and even the fridge and microwave were not working.
