"Hotel Anthemis is a family run/operated hotel located in the heart of Therma. Rooms and common areas are cleaned regularly and fresh linens/towels provided (every other day). Hot water can be tricky in winter months as the solar powered water heaters are the source. You may want to avoid taking showers late at night or early in the morning, unless you like cold showers. "When we arrived, we were disappointed by the size of our room. We were upgraded to a lovely corner suite on the top floor, the next day! Both the hotel and the property were absolutely stunning enchanting. Old world charm at its finest! The staff was exceptional!"

"Everything was absolutely spectacular! Anne was very helpful through and through and so was the staff. We even had to check out early because of a mix-up (different situation) and she said the next time we visit breakfast is on the house! The only reason communication was not excellent was that we had difficulty contacting them because we didn't have an international plan and they did not have WhatsApp. That would be our only suggestion so we could contact them on Wifi. "A blessing by chance. We missed our stop at Mykonos and had to detour to Ikaria. On the spot booked this hotel. We arrived and throughout our stay, we fell in love. Irene was the most sweetest and helpful person. The people of the town, also so nice and friendly. A beautiful hotel, accommodating, and a simple nice breakfast. We can't express how grateful we are to Irene...and if you need a taxi, we recommend Stelios. Just ask around, you'll get his number. He's well known, helpful and honest."
