"This hotel is an older property. The room was clean and comfortable. Parking was right outside our door. The pool was open but too cold (not heated). We had drinks at the bar and the view was incredible. Our bartender was very nice. The hotel is close to shopping and restaurants in Paihia. We ate dinner at Zane Grey’s (disappointing) but breakfast at Paihia Bakery Espresso was very good for coffee and breakfast sandwiches. "

"This motel has basic facilities and will work for those looking for convenience and value for money. We found the place damp and cold. One of the rooms had mouldy curtains and smelly bedspreads. "We had a one night stay in this very comfortable motel. There was ample free parking near the room. The room was large and with a nice sized bathroom. There was a pool but we didn’t use it I would definitely recommend this motel and also stay here again. "
