"Location is good. Apart from that, everything else is horrible. Especially disturbing is the unhygienic conditions of the rooms and washrooms, and the smelly linen. And no towels, though even if they had provided them, we would not have used them given their cleanliness standards. "Good staff and choice of food"

"The best part of the stay was food and view. Sadaqat at the saffron restaurant really took care of us and served us with smile. Reception staff can learn from Sadaqat on how to be courteous and smile. Late night at 3 am was loud banging of the door, I called reception and no one picked up, I gave up after 15 mins, the sound didn't stop until morning. Check In and Reception staff service is zero but food/restaurant area is top notch and view was awesome it was quiet retreat away from city"
