“Attitute of frontdesk (at least 2 of them I had dealing with) was indifferent, everyone else is fine, bartenders, cleaners and the travel agent. Equipments were not quite completed so do remember to bring your own toiletries. Except for toothbrush and toothpaste(which is fine with me), there was no shampoo or shower gel in the room either. Soap and towel are all you can have in the bathroom. ”

“Excelente hotel para hospedarse, acogedor y muy bonito en medio de la selva. La comida buena sin ser la mejor, cocina sencilla. Los recepcionistas muy amables. El cuarto tenía algunos detalles de mantenimiento,como de pintura - nada graves, que podrían mejorar. La regadera es fantástica, super amplia y cómoda. No pudimos usar la piscina porque llovió y estaba fría el agua pero se veía espectacular. El Centro queda como a 20 minutos en carro, nosotros salimos a cenar.”

“Equipe muito simpática e atenciosa. Tivemos problema com o quarto com ar condicionado e foi resolvido rápido. O estacionamento é gratuito e tem carregador de carro elétrico usamos sem cobrança. Ganhamos cortesia drink e por ser aniversário nós presentearam com mini bolo no café da manhã. ”

“Já fico no hotel a alguns anos, nas primeiras vezes quanto tinha sido recém reformado, tinha um conforto excepcional, atualmente está precisando de uma atualizada nas camas e roupa de cama/banho o restante atende o que é proposto. ”

“El hotel procura mantener sus instalaciones. El gimnasio nonestá habilitado. Del spa solo funciona la piscina climatizada con sus hidromasajes; no así el sauna, ducha escocesa, etc. En la sala de juegos encontrarán una mesa de pool incompleta (le faltan bolas), metegol y ping pong. Las instalaciones de canchas de varios deportes se veían bien aunque no las utilicé. La piscina central bien, el desayuno bufete aceptable. La habitación cómoda, amplia, sin lujos. El baño con mala ventilación. No sé……

“Our room was decent. We had hot shower. Though the air-con was not working. Good breakfast. But the staff couldn't speak Eng. We couldn't get any information from them.”

“The young lady at the desk I morning was excellent . I think her name is Ana . Although I arrived early she did her best to get me a room before official C/in time.- very helpful. The hotel rooms are in need of some work urgently. Good buffet breakfast, very good location. Across the street a mall with a good court and also a market. Only about 4 blocks to historic downtown. Not enough money invested in that area and yipu vouu to le tell . I don’t criticize… just a fact. Next door to hotel I a……
