The area around the property was ok during the day but need to take a taxi at night. We were attacked by 2 young people on a motorcycle 3 blocks from hotel when walking back from dinner. It was very hot and would have been nice to have a mini frig to keep drinks cool. Downtown where most of the restaurants are is about a mile away.

The room was large with 2 king beds, bathroom tap leaked and had been leaking awhile, leaked through the wall and there was some black mould. Staff tried to help but due to lack of English it was difficult to communicate. Pool area was great.

Hotel Palma Real was a decent place for 4 nights in Igazzu. It’s not close to many places, so you do have to walk to catch buses, or go downtown. 15-30 min, depending where you want to go. We went to the falls 2 of our three days there. The lady we stayed at the hotel, and lounged around the pool to rest. The staff was Very friendly and helpful. Not many restaurants near by, if that’s important to you.

This is a very comfortable hotel with a good location to explore the city and reasonable driving to the falls. Breakfast is included and very good. The staff is very attentive and helpful.

El Hotel pareciera una casa de huéspedes, hay demasiados moscos en el área, la chapa recién pareciera que la cambiaron, pero costaba trabajo abrir y cerrar, las camas viejas, el agua caliente dura muy poco tiempo, y no hay quien te atienda todo el tiempo en recepción, más bien es una sola persona, la que atiende todo el Hotel en un horario de 7:00 de la mañana a 2:00 de la tarde y Solamente hay una persona adicional que va rotando, sé y hace vueltas al Hotel, pero en realidad es una sola chica que atiende el restaurante la recepción y las habitaciones
