"This is an excellent choice for seeing Saumur. It is in an old building with a lot of character. My room was large, with wooden beamed ceiling, tall windows that opened, and a limestone fireplace I wish I had in my home. Ensuite had shower and had plenty of space. Bed was comfortable. "AIR CONDITIONNING SET TO 24DegC. Too hot! Because of flying bugs, we couldnt open the window, so we had to sweat. At night, the walk from the car park to the hotel is in the total obscurity. No solar powered light installed for the guest's security. These 2 issues are easy to fix."
