"This is the 2nd time we have stayed at this property - why? Because the hosts are so gracious. Not only a great property, clean, well located, easy to access, charming, well appointed. But our hosts were so very accomodating and helpful during our stay. Highly recommend."

"Quadruple room was too small even for 1 person. We stayed in much bigger and better hotel in nearby La Spezia for half the price. Also the description was misleading, it said 2 double beds and 2 single beds, while it actually was 1 double bed (which is for 2 people) and 1 bunk bed. Check in was cumbersome as they couldn't explain in clear English that that room can actually take 4 people, also the room reeked tobacco smoke (though they changed it after).
