"Hotel feels very old and the rooms definitely need some refurbishment works/ upgrading. The room looks a lot better on photos than in actual. The bath mat really should go because it is made of many tiny rubbery / plastic spikes that have broken and they hurt our feet. Service staff were polite and helpful, but they were not aware of our booking which was paid when we arrived late at night. "Our stay was not great. Our reservation couldn't be found so check-in was long. But finally got our rooms. One room didn't have AC, we changed.
