"Lake view was GREAT! All 3 staff I interacted with, over the phone and in person, were VERY helpful & friendly. However, the rooms need a thorough cleaning and fix up. We had a noisy, rattling central heating unit in our room (which wasn’t even on, because it is Summer!) The bed linen were a mix & match, no 2 pillowcases were the same. No cups in bathroom or room. All in all, price to product ratio was off."

"This house is just absolutely wonderful. We have stayed at some of the nicest properties, but this home surpasses all of them. It is extremely well furnished, meticulously prepared for guests, and extraordinarily comfortable. We cannot think of a single issue that we had, and the hosts were very communicative and accomodating! This is a premier property beyond any other we have visited. We plan on staying again soon!"
