"A little bit disappointed with the breakfast taste "

"Staff does not speak english and it is very difficult to get help and tips for the city. We had requested a non-smoking room with two twin beds however when we arrived at 1 am we found a smoking room with one bed. We were almost an hour insisting for a better room. Breakfast not bad but very little options for foreigners."

"Great staff and excellent service, location is great, walkable to many sites or easily access three metro lines, shopping and many food options nearby, rooms are very comfortable and the washing machine/dryer in the room is convenient for those on extended trips. Just an excellent stay overall, will definitely come back. "
