"Al llegar el joven de recepción muy amable, pero ya estaba cansado de dar indicaciones de uso de todo, fue lo que nos dijo, solo nos dió las pulsera, llave de cuarto y nos dijo lo de las reglas de tránsito y multas, y que al día siguiente a las 9 AM iría al cuarto una persona a darnos los pormenores del lugar, nunca llegó, pregunte y me dijeron que estaba en junta. Para iniciar creo que eso deja mucho que desear"

"The only negative thing about this property is the wifi is spotty at best. Everything else was fantastic! We tried this hotel for the first time instead of our usual and was disappointed the large pool was under construction before the busy season. We were not told ahead of time of the inconvenience and the staff was very nice, apologetic and made arrangements for us to have the best time possible.
