"Cigarettrök kom in i rummet genom ventilation. Stark obehaglig lukt. Kändes som personen i rummet bredvid blossade på ordentligt men söder är rök förbud i hela hotellet? Förstörde min vistelse och sömn. Otroligt dåligt i dessa dagar att sånt kan hända - byggnaden är rätt ny så sådant ska inte behöva förekomma. De måste ha byggt fel. "

We ended up taking Uber and taxis because public transport wasn't so easy, so that did add up quite a bit. The shower in one room wouldn't drain and flooded the bathroom, but the front desk staffer went himself to plunger it and resolve it quickly.
