"Great area. Super handy for the train station and the main inner city was within walking distance (as well as the tram if you're lazy). Room was spacious and there was Sky Sports on the TV?? There are no room keys, only codes which was handy because there was no issue with forgetting/losing the key, though you had to make sure to remember your code. Staff were nice and helpful. "

"We met the host on the first day and never saw her again. On the second to last day of our stay, we lost internet signal. That was the day that we needed it the most. I wanted to check-in to our flight for the following day and we had to run back and forth to the shopping mall to complete out transactions. We never saw our host again. "This may be my favorite hotel I have stayed at in Europe. It is quiet, lovingly decorated, and it is right in the heart of town. Every attraction we wanted to see was within 15 minutes walking distance. Plenty of food and shopping only hundreds of feet away. The staff were super helpful and the bar was also a treat. If I ever come back to Graz, we will be staying here again. "
