"This hotel is located in a very good location, quiet, safe, and the breakfast is very rich. The service staff are very friendly and professional. I booked the Caesar Hotel for two nights on Expedia. Despite concerns about the Hualien earthquake, even if I couldn't get a refund, I canceled my trip to Hualien and continued to stay in Kenting. Plenty of food options close by. 7-11 convience store is next door and a greatt place to buy coffee /lattee or milk tea and pastires in the AM if you want another option other than the Starbucks within the hotel. Within 2 minute walk straight east is a corner traditional Taiwanese breakfast place. Would stay again!"
