Hotel with a Concierge in Van Province

"Very good "

"Being in walking distance from shopping centers was the advantage. Disadvantages : 1- Rooms WiFi service in 1st and 2nd floors were terrible during regular day hours. 2- showers took 5 mins to warm a bit 3 - room were too cold in 5th floor and even after waiting for 3-4 hrs it didn’t warm up enough to stay. So we moved to rooms in floors 1 and 2. "

"Beautiful hotel right on the lake. Staff professional and attentive. Rooms spotless. Bed comfortable. Rooms modern. Only found pillows to be lumpy and hard but we were very very happy with our stay. Highly recommend. "
