“Recommended this good quality hotel, I stayed for 3 nights, there is no refrigerator in the room, the service and facilities are very good.”

“All staff were most helpful, the reception ladies for sorting our parking, the spa gent with our spa / pool experience and the bar and dining staff, a big thank you for making our short stay a very pleasant one. We are sure to return when we have an opportunity.”

“This was our first visit to the hotel and we were very impressed. Driving up to the hotel through the golf course showed the size of the hotel and leisure facilities. Check-in and the room ( we had a family room) were as you would expect. We tried the golf range and shooting which were very enjoyable. Breakfast was also very tasty and plenty of choice. Overall definitely be returning. ”

“It is my bad experience as during check in, we can pay by cash. No toothbrush and toothpaste are provided and we need to spend more then £10 to buy in the gasoline station nearby. I think it is not stated when I made the reservation. ”

“酒店整體整潔、舒適，但行李要自己搬運，如果沒有駕車去，由前門進入是沒有斜板，要抬行李上落樓級，酒店有一部升降台，酒店職員拒絕讓我們使用，說是給輪椅用的。我媽已七十多歲，得我一個女人搬2大l小行李箱，差點滾下樓梯。”

“Quirky place with great staff - really enjoyed our stay”

“入住是問他拿取牙刷牙膏，他笑容滿面地答Certainly, 還好我晚上自己又去買，回到房間他答我out of stock. 房間的電話是不能用的，壞掉了，跟他說了也不位我更換。另外洗衣服送回給我時竟然問我啦信用卡號碼，我說我不舒服，費用掛在房間上我走的時候會結，他答如果我不立即給他，就要立即來收回我的衣服，這是什麼服務，2022年的酒店也會這樣子。房間有多不清潔的毛巾，給我新的但是不拿走舊的，任由一堆毛巾放在廁所的一角”
