"The room was disabled friendly for non wheelchair guests, as requested, though the WC was very low. Breakfast was very good with a broad choice of goodies and very well laid out - our extensive hotel visits proved this positive point of view. Friendly staff and plenty of parking outside. Local (faster foods) eating was available within a short walking distance."

"This is a very tired hotel it needs a lot of work to get it up to a reasonable standard. They clearly do not like English speaking people. They turn away rudely a couple of English speakers. I don’t recommend this hotel at all. The restaurant food is great if meat eater. Vegetarians beware. My wife’s main course was 5 vegetables on a plate. Disgraceful. "

"Very disappointed to be given Floor 5 with 2 large dogs. Asked repeatedly for a lower floor the check in staff very unhelpful kept saying fully booked and couldn’t move my room. The annoying thing was not everyone had checked in and they could I am sure done a simple swap for me. Very frustrating to be met by poor service and little empathy "

"Considering the cost to stay here the room was a decent size and the beds were reasonably comfortable. The toilet shower was your standard micro space, OK for one night. Breakfast was a little dissapointing with a list limiting your choices to 1 of each item (including coffee and juice), never had this before, usually it`s just a help yourself buffet so you can have 2/3 cups of coffee and juice. Overall, I`d stay here again but maybe skip the breakfast."
