"What a treat this place was for our family! Nestled in the woods, this home served as such a rest and replenishment for us from the busy hustle and bustle of our normal lives. We enjoyed the quiet, sounds of the pond and creek and walks on the private trails. The game room, movie theater and hot tub were a huge plus. The well stocked home had everything you would need with lots of room. You will have to travel to the next town for groceries but that was ok with us. We would definitely stay here...

"We loved our long-weekend stay! A lot of space for anyone who needs to WFH a little before getting back to the big group. Loved how much room there way to stay in, watch movies, play some board games, use the game room and generally spend time together with a big group. We definitely enjoyed the hot tub & the quick stroll to get to the private beach for some fresh air. We had 8 friends, but more could have easily fit. Love it!"

"We really enjoyed our stay. We had 5 couples staying for a weekend of cooking and hanging out and this house is perfect for that. Every bedroom was comfortable and clean as was the main floor living area. Great kitchen with all of the utensils, pots and pans, all in great shape. Loved the open feel of the main floor as we spent most of our time there. Watched a great sunset on our first night, just across the street at Dykeman Beach. There was tons of space to hangout together and also separately to do our own things. The house is stocked with literally everything you could ever need for a toddler and baby and the basement is every kids dream (not to mention the swim spa). "We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Angelfish Cottage. Great layout, well appointed kitchen, rec room and bedroom downstairs were a bonus. Easy walk or drive to beach/downtown and access to the trail is awesome for runners/ walkers/bikers. Loved the private outdoor space."

"Where do I start….Darling house. So well done. The kitchen was well equipped, the beds were very comfortable, hot tub was just what we needed after a long drive. The best part was the screened porch and grounds. Everywhere you looked there was something ornamental to see in the yard. I could have spent our entire stay on the screened porch. Plenty of comfortable furniture. And a large table for games or meals. Would love to come back and spend more time."

"My wife and I stayed here for our first wedding anniversary on April 2024. The place is beautiful, as is the area. We enjoyed being so close to Lake Michigan, Kalamazoo Lake, and right across the street from the Kalamzoo River.
