I wish I paid more for another hotelPosted Mar 24, 2015
Pros: Location wasn't bad.
Two big problems: Had to choose between hot water and water pressure. That sucks. Lock broke and it took 1/2 hour at 2 in the morning to find maintenance to fix it. Next day, left shades in the room, but maintenance was on lunch break so had to do without them for the (sunny) day. Ridiculous. Will deal with the higher prices at another hotel next time.

Location outweighs the negativesPosted Mar 17, 2015
Location is so convenient to everything...other hotels we checked downtown were far more expensive. Interiors are getting a little tired, bathroom was very clean but tiny and lighting in the room was terrible but I would take all this for the price and convenience. There is so much to do in Asheville that you don't spend much time in the hotel anyway.

Pros: Very friendly and helpful staff with a manner that is sincere, comfortable rooms
Location: Very well located for the Broadway area of Ashville
Had to travel from Kentucky down to North Carolina and stayed over at the four points for one night. Arrived early and there was no problem booking me in. Room was very comfortable Had my dinner in the adjoining restaurant, the steak was excellent and the lady who served me was were ever so helpful. Tried a local beer at the bar and was served by a very friendly barman Breakfast the following morning was massive and very tasty

Right by downtown - GREAT location!Posted Mar 3, 2015
Pros: The rooms were clean and the beds were very comfy! Staff was very friendly and helpful. The price was great, especially for the location.
Cons: There was little sound insulation, so the neighbors were pretty easy to hear. We didn't spend much time in the room so it wasn't a big deal.
Location: Downtown Asheville is full of great bars, restaurants, and shops! If you're looking for a good brewery, don't miss Wicked Weed!
The best part about this hotel is how close it is to downtown. We were able to walk almost everywhere we wanted to go!

Within walking distance of down townPosted Feb 23, 2015
Pros: Proximity to downtown, friendliness, cleanliness. The quilts were soft and warm.
Cons: Would love a small frig and microwave in the room.
Location: Restaurant, shops, art galleries, and, of course, the Biltmore Estate.
We were delighted to find a lovely restaurant within the hotel, as we arrived on the brink of an ice storm and could not venture out into town. Good food--breakfast and dinner. This hotel is also right next door to a YMCA which may interest some people who are members of a Y elsewhere.

Great location for the tastes of Asheville.Posted Feb 23, 2015
Pros: The location was outstanding; walking distance to downtown shops, microbreweries and restaurants. Easy access to interstate loop/interstates, too!
Cons: For the price paid, it would be nice to have a mini-fridge in the room and a fan in the bathroom.
Location: Hotel is within walking distance of the all the artsy-crafty shops on Broadways, as well as the many microbreweries in the neighborhood - "pub crawls"
The location is outstanding and I walked to the Moog Store/Headquarters, the arts and craft shops along Broadway and, of course, the microbreweries dotting the downtown map. I did, however, have an issue with my room lock/door handle which could have been handled better -- more timely follow-up by the front desk regarding repair/replacement status would have been nice, as well as sticking to a committed time for making the repair the following morning (10:00 a.m., prior to my checking out; as it was, I had to leave the room unlocked while I loaded and warmed up my car before checking out).

Brewery/Biltmore weekend getawayPosted Feb 10, 2015
Pros: Value, location
Cons: Noisy hallways!
Location: Breweries within walking distance, shops and restaurants
We loved our stay! We drove in for a weekend getaway with the intentions of being downtown and walking distance to breweries. This hotel was perfect for just that. We were able to walk to all of the breweries downtown, and we very close to the interstate which made traveling to the Biltmore and other locations around Asheville very easy. Great stay for the price
