Pros: location
Cons: noise, check in
Rooms are small bathrooms are big, the bed completely broke in the middle of the night and it sounded like weights dropping all night above me I was in room 627 or 617 i dont recall. I let the front desk know and they credited me my room service charge but overall I would not pay 250 a night again for this hotel.

Nice hotel Close to Bayfront and AA arena

Location: Bayfront shops and park are beautiful and very convient for concerts at the AA arena
Check in experience and wait line were ridiculously long. Very upsetting.

Stayed there many times. This time for the Fleetwood Mac concert. Room was very nice, usually get a king but there wasn't any available. Staff friendly. Overall a great stay as usual.

The only thing I'm happy with is their staff are very nice. And that's all. It shows free internet from Expedia. When you check in, they will give you a password for wifi. BUT when you get connected, you'll see they do charge you for that FREE internet.(regular or fast speed. Two options). The tub was filled up with hair. When I took shower, the water takes forever to flow away. It feels gross to stand in the water and I came out after 2 mins. I told the staff in the front desk the following morning. When I came back in the night, nothing has changed. So I clean it up myself cause my 3 years girl need a shower. The bed is not very comfortable for me, but I can understand some people like hard mattress while some like soft. The condition of the ROOM Is not like what it looks from outside. After all. It's a nice hotel from outside, and a 3 star hotel after the 1st night.

Pros: The wonderful staff!! Loved them all!!!
Cons: I would say to offer turn down option at night for families with children. Such as milk and cookies.
Location: So many things to doooooo. Where do I start? Just get out and walk and all will be exposed.
I loved this hotel so much. The entire staff was very friendly and very professional. I loved the manager in front desk. He kept me, my mom and daughter laughing the entire time during check in. He has such great customer service skills and he was a joy. The view of our hotel was breath taking. We will definitely go back the next time we are in Miami. Such a GREAT Experience.

Somente as camas poderiam ser QUEEN e não FULL, pois um casal com filho (3 pessoas num quarto) a cama é pequena e i quarto comporta camas maiores.

Pros: Location and staff excellent.
Cons: Security to floors. Have the card access just don't use it.
Location: River Cruises, Brickel
Great location on water. Downtown Miami 2 blocks away. Good restaurant and bar in lobby. Really great staff.

They wouldn't give me a room with a king size when i spegifically asked for it in my reservation. They said the hotel was sold out when it clearly wasn't.
