Staff is incredibly rude and even aggressive to guests. Oscar from front desk told me I could leave if I want to. AVOID valet parking in hotel lobby, the manager “Steve” assaulted me verbally, the valet driver apologized for the situation and told me this happens often. Beds are comfortable, unfortunately the overall experience was terrible because of the staff. Pablo at front desk was the only one that was kind and gave good costumer service.

The perfect place to be treated like family. Ashley at the front desk is amazing. The staff at the doors is awesome. Rooms are beautiful and beds feel like you are sleeping on a cloud. Will look for IHG hotels everywhere we go

Had to switch rooms due to climate control being permanently set to 63°. They offered us a space heater if we kept the system on. Either that temp or turn system off. Spoke to manager and we switched rooms and had no problem. Staff was aware and most accommodating. Just an issue we did not think would happen at International Hotel.

I liked that there were alot of dining options and activities nearby, however the navigation to the pool was somewhat confusing to many guests. More signage shoukd be made available since you have to walk through the spa area in order to get to the pool. When the spa is closed, no access to pool which is a bit disappointing.

Bel hôtel avec un emplacement idéal pour visiter la ville. La vue sur la baie est magnifique! Chambres top , confortables et bien équipées. Petit déjeuner moyen en termes de choix et qualité pour un hôtel 5*. Accueil/ Check in à améliorer : au moins expliquer ou se situent la piscine , petit déjeuner, peut être ce qu’il y’a autour de l’hôtel plutôt que juste donner les clés sans même montrer l’ascenseur

The staff are absolutely top notch at this hotel. It has been a long time since I have had such a great experience at a hotel. From the moment we arrived staff were accommodating and attentive. Clean and beautiful rooms. Five stars all around.

The one outlet did not work nor the alarm. This was not much of a problem. I was looking forward to setting an alarm so we did not miss early flight. But I still recommend this property and will definitely be back. Staff were excellent , just everything was amazing. Thank you!!!

It's a great location, surrounded by good restaurants, great sea view and easy for us to go on a cruise. The hotel is safe. Very nice hotel.

Beautiful, mostly new-ish high rise tower on the water. Oceanfront rooms are totally worth it. Close to Bayside marketplace and ferris wheel.

The front desk was almost annoyed serving us, and left us several minutes and finally came saying he find our pre paid reservation. No additional services were giving, the strict minimum which the key to our room and that was it.

We stayed here pre-cruise and it was perfect! Short drive from the airport and shorter to the cruise port. Lots of places that we could walk to meander around and eat. Don’t miss the Bomba at Toro Toro!!!!! It was decadent!

The hair dryer was not working properly. I asked for another hairdryer to be sent to my room later that evening. It was not delivered. I asked again in the morning and explained it was a 2nd request. Still no hairdryer. When I checked out I explained what happened and I received a “sorry”. I also let them no the deadbolt needed to be fixed as it didn’t close easily and the refrigerator made a loud humming noise. Other than that it was a lovely room and stay.
