Close to activity and restaurants

Posted Jul 27, 2014
Cons: Clean the carpet and buy some new linens
Location: Boondocks was nearby and also Cowabunga bay. All the national food chains were nearby.
Carpeting in the room was so gross. It was filthy. The towels were rags, literally. Used coffee wrappers were left in the room.

Horrible Hotel ( no lighting in the parking lot!!!

Posted Jul 15, 2014
I don't think I have ever stayed in a place that I was so disappointed in, The bathroom floor was covered in little black hairs, everything was dusty, one of the door's down the hallway looked like it had been kicked in and then the handle was ducktaped. The breakfast room there were no clean tables. No lighting in the parking lot at all. When we arrived at the hotel we entered through the back door, there were about 10 men just setting around back there, wouldn't move. we had to meneuver through them. Just not a good place at all.

Close to daughter.

Posted Jul 13, 2014
Pros: Beds were comfortable.
Cons: A complete renovation of the motel and up to date television and cable service.
Location: Close to my daughters home and nice restaurants in close vicinity.
For a Ramada limited it is below standards. Rooms are old and TV is not DTV. Its real old. Very limited cable service. The second morning breakfast was not ready at 6:00 AM and it was not completely ready at 6:30AM when we checked out. The motel is real old and needs a complete renovation. In fact did not get any breakfast the second morning. Staff was OK but did not go out of their way to be helpful. Would not recommend this motel at all unless its the only thing left in town. In fact I think I should get some kind of refund for no breakfast as promised.

Horrible experience. Unfriendly staff and unwilling to accommodate our family on two occasions where a room switch was promised.

Best price in the area

Posted Jun 13, 2014
Cons: Clean the little nozzles on the shower head. They had lots of rust/undesireble looking build-up.
Location: Great location, right off the I-15 with quick access to the south end of the Salt Lake valley.
If low price is your main priority, this is a great place to stay. I was greeted warmly and professionally (though the attendant was wearing a regular street T-shirt, which I thought was odd). Room was comfortable and clean (except for the shower head), with quick access to the I-15. Continental breakfast was standard fare and appreciated. Internet access was actually fabulous, much better (ease-of-access, reliability and speed) than I've experienced at far more expensive establishments, clocking in at speeds in excess of 25Mbps. Exercise room was very small and didn't open till 7am, presumably because it's right next to a guest room. I've seen this at much larger establishments too. The treadmill was disappointing - it would stick slightly when I was running causing me to have to catch myself. I gave it up and switched to the elliptical. I stayed two nights and my room was made up nicely while I was away during the day. TV is an older, box model. Bed was comfortable. Very nice. Thank you!

Nice hotel

Posted May 28, 2014
Pros: Convenient to restaurants and to Thanksgiving Point which was our final destination.
Two employees were at the counter when we checked in. They were both very friendly and nice. They made us feel we were welcome to their hotel. All was great except the carpet. The carpet should be replaced. The carpet had a very bad stain in several places. Other than that is was great, and we would stay there again. Thank you

Ok hotel

Posted May 19, 2014
Cons: Could use more care in room, mildew on corners of ceiling, wipe down walls. Can see who ever tried to paint did not do a good job.
Location: We had to find out everything for ourselves because there was nothing in the directory book in the room, nor a pen or pad to write on.
They didn't change the sheets, threw new clean towels on the towel rack. Towel bar was broken, kept falling off. Dirty room.
