The only problem that I had was that I originally chose the pay at property option and it charged my credit card on file and it did not go through, so I had to pay a $100 deposit. It was refundable at check-out. The staff was friendly and the place was quiet. I would definitely stay there again.

The staff, especially the front desk personnel, are extremely kind and helpful. We have been staying at this hotel, as we work in the area, for multiple years. We keep coming back because of the great service and the wonderful property. I highly recommend Ramada Inn in Draper Utah.

I'm not certain what smell was coming from the bathroom, my husband thinks they were cleaning with hydrochloric acid. It was terrible though. I had to keep the fan on the entire time. My allergies were through the roof sleeping there. I know its half the price of anything else in that area which is why we decided to suck it up and stay there. I think next time I would prefer to sleep in my car. It was a very short stay for us as we were heading south, but it wasn't worth the money. They also fully charged the deposit which was strange. Most places will do a pre-auth on the credit card for incidentals, so because of this is also takes twice as long to be refunded back to the card which is super inconvenient when you are on a trip!

The toilet literally has poop in it … won’t flush! I called the front desk … and she says “the maintenance crew is gone for the day!!!! Disgusting place all together. NEVER AGAIN!

I would like to see the walls in the rooms wiped clean. Better breakfast foods. Costco can't be that far away. And creamer for the coffee instead of powdered creamer is 2024 now come on!

Excellent Value, Great Location!
Great room, super clean and the bed was more comfortable than my own at home. Very quiet & the front desk staff was so friendly & helpful. Extended for several more days because I was so productive!

There were several major problems with Ramada Inn Draper: 1) Barking dogs, pet rules not enforced 2) often noisy neighbors after 10 PM 3) no cooked breakfast 4) person at desk often spoke poor English 5) smokers congregated at the back door, cigarettes all over the ground, smoke often smelled in the hallways 6) hallway rug worn out 7) many more people in the motel than there were cars, some people seemed to be living in the motel 8) some of the residents were probably homeless, they stalked up on breakfast food each day, enough to last them all day

I would have expected more from a Wyndham hotel. The price point is affordable, yet one should not have to live in dirty, unkempt environment. Just because something is old, doesn’t not mean it should be in poor repair and dirty. I feel like $20 a night would be more appropriate for the conditions we endured. Wyndham, you really should be ASHAMED!

Inside lovely, parking lot around it has holes on the roadway and should be repaired so it is not a hazard for tires and will look better, but still would give them overall 5 stars since the service team is great and inside is very spacious.

The room was clean, and the beds were nice. The shower and bath were good. Bring earplugs because it is right next to a very loud interstate, but that didn't bother me, I had earplugs. Continental breakfast was not the best, not enough selection, and the juices were warm. Overall I would stay again.
