"This was our third time staying at this house. It is absolutely perfect. AND we are going back two more times this year. It is exactly as the pictures show. Whether just 2 people or all 6, it's hands down the best house we've ever stayed in for the river. It is directly on the river with very easy access. A gently sloped hill leads down to a nice deck with ladder access to the water. It's above the horseshoe so it's not as crowded as the rest of the river. Less than a 5 mile drive to White...

"The house is on a large piece of property with a fantastic view. The amenities were nice and the bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed sitting on the front porch swing in the mornings with a cup of coffee and watching the deer graze in the field. It was quite secluded from any nearby neighbors with the surrounding trees. We did yoga on the balcony with the quiet a breeze through all the trees and fields on the property. Very retreat feel! Highly recommend"

"This property was just the right size for our quick little weekend getaway. While it was just a private bedroom and bath, we didn't need much more. It was clean, private and close to the pool and walking distance to Captain Pete's for dinner. Barbara was very good at communicating with us the entire time."

We enjoyed how it was decorated as well. The area had loads to do within walking distance. Lots of food options as well. If we get a chance to go back to Austin we will definitely stay here again."

"Absolutely beautiful property. The pool and surrounding area is fantastic. The house is a PERFECT set up for two groups/families traveling together. The community space is in the middle, with sleeping spaces on opposite sides of the house. Everything worked, which almost never happens in a VRBO. I would absolutely recommend it and rent again."

"Conveniently located just 10 minutes from downtown Austin, as well as a short walk to the bus tiling Congress Ave, this cozy abode was a great place to stay. "Our daughter graduated from TX State & our whole family came out for the weekend. There were many of us, but the house is so big, we didn’t feel like we were stepping over each other. Communications between the owner were top notch: every message was answered immediately. We had no complaints & enjoyed our stay in comfort & peace."

"The stay was nice. The room was clean ans spacious. It could have used a few more things. There was not enough silverware. There was enough bath towels, but only one washcloth. Would also would have liked to see a regular coffee pot or keurig. Only had expresso machine. Overall stay was okay, just expected a bit more for the cost."

"Probably 10 Stays in and has never let us down! Depending on which side you stay on the bars could get a little loud at night on the weekends but nothing unbearable. Most residents and guest are always polite and helpful if you get lost finding your unit after check in. Will always use this as my go to in Austin. "
