Check in was a little confusing but ok. Hotel layout is odd with the staff actually providing an escort to your room as it’s likely guests would get lost finding the rooms. Stayed on the street side which would have been loud, but they have good soundproof windows which were appreciated. Fantastic rain head shower which we enjoyed.

Close enough but not too far from the River Liffey separating north and south Dublin approx 25-30min walk to the river past a great selection of restaurants and tourist spots.The room in hotel was stunning for the price huge bed would be big enough for three people if thats your thing, shower a good size aswell.

This property is a maze. They did not make check in or check out easy on us. We also had a car and had to park in a parking garage that was a 10 minute walk away from the hotel.

The attached restaurant and bar served a great selection of meals and beers. The building is H shaped and was a bit confusing trying to get around with all the doors and stairways to navigate.

Room was clean and fresh towels provided each day. City centre location so will be bustling all hours of the day but walkable to anything or easy to catch a taxi right out front. The front desk will also call you a taxi. The hotel bar and kitchen was open very late, 11pm or so which is rare most cities or hotels. Parking is not easy. Parking is about a 15 minute walk away in a parking garage. Late at night walking back didn’t always feel safe. Very expensive too, even with hotel validation. Would not suggest renting a car or driving in Dublin unless you are very confident. Take a taxi or the bus. Cute little coffee shops all up and down the street nearby. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Coffee is in your room but not free at the coffee stations around. They do have free chilled drinking water to fill up a bottle or container. Overall wonderful stay and would highly recommend.

The staff was very friendly. The only problem was the shower flooding the bathroom and when I called down to explain and get new towels no alternate options were provided.

The hotel as very clean and housekeeping were thorough. All the staff were really helpful and friendly. The area had great restaurants and it was easy to get to major sites around Dublin.

I always think that to get a 5 star it has to be perfect. It would have been perfect if i didn't have to wait around for 15 minutes to check in. I had to contact via expedia as the number I was calling, had nobody to man it. To make it even better the lovely gentleman that checked me in gave me directions to the reception 15 minutes before, took my name, got me to sign a document and gave me quick instructions to my room. I received no information on where things were around the city, i wasnt even offered the free map on the desk. Basically other than feeling like someone wanted to get rid of me from the hotel for being an inconvenience to the busy trade of wetherspoons. I had an excellent stay

There is one receptionist working during the evening times to cover the entire Hotel, meaning they will sometimes need to attend to other duties away from the desk. As for the information, not all of our guests are interested in things to do in the city. A lot of our guests are here for work, or already local to the area. The hotel was really nice, our room was spacious and clean and the property was unique and charming and in a great location. The reason why the review is not 5 star is because of what happened after we left. My daughter left her envelope of foreign currency (a substantial amount) in the safe, which we had opened to take out our passports. As soon as she realized (once we had already left the city), she called the hotel and was told that the money was not found. We know this to be untrue as the envelope was definitely left in the safe. The person she spoke to said they would look into it further and call her back, which they never did. A very disappointing end to what had been a terrific stay. Upsetting that someone was dishonest and that the money wasn’t turned in once the room was cleaned after we left. Also disappointing that the hotel front desk did not follow up as promised. Due to this, we would not stay here again and would warn others to be extra cautious

Had an amazing stay at Keavan's Port for a week over St. Pats weekend. If you are looking for a real irish feel to include great accommodations along with a great bar, look no further. The staff was as good as it gets and the prices are amazingly affordable. And when you get there, tell the young bald guy Paddy who is always running around working hard...that Sully sent you!

Hotel is centrally located to most major Dublin attractions. Hotel lacked the usual amentities such as on site gym & pool / spa. Very interesting and contemporary decor despite a modest looking hotel entrance / exterior. Staff were helpful and courteous. The pub / restaurant attached gets really busy even on the Monday night when we were there. Probably the cheapest pints in Centre Dublin.

Had a great stay at Keaven’s Port. Walkable to lots of restaurants and shops and a nice, clean room. The place can be a bit of a maze though, with the restaurant in between the check in and the rooms.

Amazing value for money. Friendly, helpful staff. Hotel very clean, newly done up so quality is nice. Great shower. Good having the pub to use and a good location for exploring Dublin

The property was lovely and refurbished still having works done to it through. The only thing I would moan about is that the mattress and pillows were too soft. Great location 15mins walk into the Town Centre.

The hotel location was very good and the staff were very nice and hard working. The rooms were clean and the front desk were very helpful and polite. Any issues were resolved. Some noise from street and from doors in the hallway but overall it was still a good nights stay. Food wasn't great but it is very cheap drink prices are best in city and staff very good. Location very easy to get around. Hotel very safe good security.
