Lovely all round experience
All staff that we met during our stay were really friendly, kind and helpful. We had an executive suite and an apartment and both were very comfortable & clean.

I loved my stay, my suite was very comfortable, quite and the cleanliness was excellent. My only complaint was the TV not enough stations, Netflix should be installed and guests given the option to pay if they want to use it. Also in the kitchen, it was impossible to reach for utensils etc in the cupboards had to use a swivel chair to reach up which was dangerous. a small foot stool would be great, otherwise i enjoyed my stay and the staff were very helpful and friendly.

Nice room VERY comfy bed
Cant really fault anything. Great location, clean, friendly service, didn't have any tea/coffe in room, but did have kettle and cups. Also reception had a coffee machine and fridge, so no complaints from me. Would be useful to have late checkout available.

I did not stay here, but I paid for my Aunt and Uncle to, and they really liked the room, and had no complaints other than there not being food on site (or even nearby, I think). But there's a kitchen, so one could make their own I suppose.

Emjoyed our stay at Premier Suites. The apartment was well furnished and clean. Staff were super helpful. Convenient for Aviva stadium and also not that far a walk from the city centre. Good amount of shops, bars and restaurants near by. Would definitely return.

Handy for Aviva stadium
I was there for rugby match at Aviva stadium just an easy 20 minute walk away so this was an ideal place to stay. Facilities were excellent and the coffee machine in foyer much appreciated.

Front desk staffs very helpful, especially the girl who checked us in. Room is pretty comfortable and sizable. The only downside is the room wasn’t cleaned during our 3-night stay, maid only took out trash.

Everything was made easy. Them having a Washing machine was a huge benefit for us. The staff were great. We had to pay for parking but it was behind a closed gate.

Suites were lovely, very clean and very spacious. Complimentary tea and coffee in the rooms , but no milk. There was also a hot drinks station by reception with capsule drinks, which was nice. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Parking was limited and is on a first come basis at an extra cost of €12 a night. We did think this was a little naughty as feel this should be included in the nightly charge. Though I will say parking was very secure. Location was perfect for us, just 15mins drive to the port and only mins walk from the Aviva, 20mins walk to St Stephens Green. Dublin was very busy during our stay with sporting events, a concert and marathon so demand for accommodation was high, therefore very expensive. We would certainly stay here again, but would recommend booking as soon you can to ensure a cheaper rate.

Indeed we have car parking available here at €12 extra for the night or €50 per week, as we have only limited parking spaces and as we are located in the heart of Dublin it's quite hard to get the parking around in the area. Usually in hotels and properties around is much more expensive to park your car. However you can get a parking slot on the side street beside the property and it's €2.50 per hour. Overall - really enjoyed my stay here. Great location, really quiet, excellent room - very spacious and very secure parking. Only negative aspects were (1) having to pay for the room upfront - in 2018, (practically 2019), I do not think an establishment of this quality/standard should be asking for payment before the stay has even started. And (2) - the shower was not the best - pressure from shower head was very poor - and the amount of water leaking onto the bathroom floor was unacceptable.

The property is approximately a 15 minute/$12-$13 cab ride into the center of Dublin (considering traffic). If you're coming from the airport it is an easy walk from the aircoach RDS station. It has the minimum that you would expect for a hotel stay in this price range in a city (bed, bath, tv, coffeemaker in room). It was clean. The bathtub/shower was a bit concerning. The step in and out of the tub shower is very high. Elderly or persons with mobility difficulties might have safety issues. I was mostly there early morning and late evening as I had activities planned through out the day. The staff was helpful in calling me a cab, that is really all I requested of them. I did have difficulty understanding where things were from the instruction I was given - that might be a cultural shortcoming for me - not alot of details with explanations.
