Cute, comfortable, perfect location
We enjoyed staying at the Loft. The bed was comfortable, it had everything we needed - towels, dishes/pots & pans, coffee, extra bedding and pillows. The building is historic and we loved the big windows that overlooked Main Street. Dunlap is lucky to have such a nice option for an overnight stay!

This was the perfect place for us to stay while visiting Dunlap and the Loess Hills. The loft is very clean and within walking distance to everything downtown. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

The clean and comfortable stay with all the amenities of home I would highly recommend this place I really liked it had extra blankets and pillows. Pots pans, Keurig coffee maker, and soft water.!

Quick overnight!
A trip for my Mom & I to attend a church event for my sister in Onawa. The hotel is just a hotel, stayed there many times. Why not make an adventure of it?! 30 minute drive thru beautiful Loess Hills, quaint little town ( no time to really explore😔). Then a historic old building modernized with decor and beautiful furnishings!! The loft was incredible, enjoyed our adventure -so much more that hotel. Now maybe a fall trip with my hubby to explore what we missed!

A Hidden Gem in the Hills of Iowa
My fiancé and I stayed here during our trip to visit the Loess Hills area. This loft was so beautiful! Who would have expected an old brick building would look like this inside! We went to the Doghouse for supper. Food was good. Staff was friendly.

Upscale, must stay!
Beautifully designed, spacious and comfortable place to stay! It was the perfect place to stay while in the area visiting family. Dunlap, IA is such a cute town as well, and we enjoyed getting to experience it. We will definitely plan to stay here again when we are back in the area in the future!

Heaven in Dunlap
We stayed here while attending a wedding in the area. We arrived on a Friday evening and spent Saturday morning driving through some of the Loess Hills. Wonderful place to visit. The property was simply wonderful, and there’s definitely “life” in Dunlap. We had a great meal at the Golden Slipper supper club Friday, and some of the best bar food ever can be found directly across the street at the DogHouse bar and grille. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming that we have made up our minds to visit again soon! Highly recommend this property.
