El servicio del personal es impecable. También la limpieza y aseo de los cuartos. Hay dos detalles que motivaron las cuatro estrellas: El aire acondicionado hacía demasiado ruido, preferí apagarlo. Durante la noche escuché un ruido, del cual no pude ubicar el origen, que me obligó a encender la TV para enmascararlo y poder conciliar el sueño. Parece algún tipo de equipo en operación propiedad del hotel, pero no lo logré identificar. A pesar de eso sí pienso hospedarme de nuevo.

The best is the staff, location is very convenient, next to the cathedral. At night there is live music played on the street in front of the hotel. I really recommend this place if you go to Durango.

I enjoyed the location. The area is surrounded by great dining options as well as bars. The area felt safe and walkable. The least enjoyable part of the stay was the hotel breakfast. We tried it once and that was enough for us.

Great Durango centro experience!
When an historic hotel welcomes you with 3 dogs—neither of whom fit in a purse—it’s special and worthy of our appreciation! Our dogs are quiet and well behaved and we were delighted to be able to stay in an atmospheric former convent across from the cathedral and one block from the plaza principal. The pedestrian street offers multiple options for eating and drinking and the parking lot around the corner is walled and gated, accessible only with hotel staff. Thanks to everyone at this gem of a hotel!

The only thing was that I had to leave 1 day early and they wouldn't refund a day. They took email for future stay. No reply yet and for long would it be good for. Usually its not my vacation spot

Wonderful service, the staff answered all of our questions. The parking situation was a little confusing, you had to inform them at the front desk that you would be parking with them so that they could call the attendant to open the parking lot for you. Restaurant was closed due to Covid, but there were plenty of options within walking distance. Location is very convenient, will stay here again!

Beautiful hotel with an excellent location. Located on a walk street shared with the cathedral. It is located across the street from the central plaza. Very clean nice staff and well kept.

A gem in Durango
Great hotel with a fantastic location. Daniel and the staff there were super. Willing to help with anything we needed. Our Spanish is only so so but everyone appreciated our efforts and we always managed to communicate in Spanglish.

Great setting, excellent location.
We were greeted with friendly and helpful staff. Our room was exceptionally clean. Bathroom was modern and gleamed with white tile and sweet smelling towels. The room itself was somewhat austere - devoid of ornamentation. Appropriate for having been a nun's quarters in the past. We enjoyed watching people on the paseo from our two windows and hearing the bells from the cathedral just across the paseo.

Clean rooms, delicious food but most importantly the staff is friendly and professional. My family and I had an amazing stay. It is also conveniently located in a historical area with a lot to see. Plaza Dr arm as.is.across the street where you can find tours and good finger food. Also minutes away from the mirador and park.

This hotel has a perfect location, has a nice view just in front of the main cathedral. The atmosphere that this hotel transmits is really cool (old and Confortable) The personnel that works there is really professional and amiable. The breakfast service was delicious as well

Nice hotel in the center of town
I stayed in the "Junior Suite" for 4 nights and found the room to be spacious and clean. The beds were comfortable and the hotel staff was very friendly. Breakfast was included and was very good. The hotel is centrally located and walking distance to shops, restaurants and museums. Overall, I had a pleasant stay.
