As a first time customer. It wasn’t a bad choice. I do recommend tge staff to be a little more polite. I contacted the front desk and received incorrect information and between the three staff members, the second was very rude. I didn’t get any names because it was short call. Also please make sure the the room is completely cleaned as the trash can contained previous guests documents in the trash. Sincerely, Ms. Mazyck

Beautiful property and perfect location. Customer service was great at check in upon arrival. When I went the concierge desk totally different. She was on her personal phone. I said excuse me more than once. Right when I told my husband let’s just go she picked up her head. I never been to Chicago and just wanted information as far as taxi service in the area. She was RUDE. I never experienced any issues like that at Marriot. After that any question I had the front desk and the bell hops were amazing. I just refused to go back to the concierge desk after that experience.

Great room - fabulous fitness center. Easy access to grocery stores to stock fridge. Room is furnished with all amenities.

The location was great. A short walk to most metro lines. It was clean and everyone was friendly. The room has been nicely remodeled and we had no issues. Would stay here again!

LondonHouse is right in the middle of everything which was perfect for our stay. Just a quick walk to shopping and food! Our room had an amazing view and the staff was so kind. We hope to stay again!!!
