"My family and I stayed here a couple of days ago. The house was very clean and spacious for us all. The check in was super easy and the price was perfect for our budget! I would just we would’ve visited during better weather so we could use the pool! Lol"

The house is very large and very comfortably fit our large extended family of 12 with plenty of space to spread out. The backyard was a dream! The kids enjoyed the pool, water slide, playground and arcade room. The home was well equipped for families on vacation. Host was extremely communicative and easy to work with. "The house is very spacious for our large extended family and served as a wonderful base for our first visit to San Diego. We appreciated the well stocked kitchen and the great amenities available especially the swimming pool, tennis court, gym and pool table. "Property was very clean! Lots of space and beds were comfortable. Also had use of the washer and dryer, which was appreciated. Had to request check in and check out info from the owner, as it wasn't included in the listing, but good communication overall. Octavio responded quickly to all of my requests. Would have liked a little more cookware and paper towels (there was only one small frying pan available), but the house worked well for what we wanted it for. Thank you!"

"It really does look like the pictures in the listing! My family of 6 spent spring break here and had such a fun time with all the amenities. The pool and hot tub can be heated on request, but our kids swam without it. Weather this week was low 50’s to upper 60’s, but we still enjoyed the outdoor spaces. TVs and remotes. I’m not sure if the remotes got mixed up but we could only get a few tvs to work with remotes. Even bought new batteries. I might suggest labeling the remote and tv and Velcro...

"Perfect place to have a 10 & 18 year old with separate spaces for grandparents. Had rain for a couple of days and the pool was cold but hot tub was nice to have."

"In general our stay was fine. The house is nice and for the most part comfortable. Here are a few things to keep in mind that we did not know before booking... pool cannot be heated (this was a big issue as we rented in March and it was very cold) gas BBQ had no propane so we had to go get charcoal but at least they had both types of grills, one of the beds had broken slats in it so it looked ok but kept falling apart and we had to fix it. As for the low score on cleanliness it is due to a few...
