"The carpet was filthy! The floors were so crooked and uneven I nearly fell upon entering the house. The front porch was falling apart and a real danger for anyone who carelessly leaned on the posts or screens - you could fall right out. The recessed lights and old AC units were falling out of the ceiling and the electrical outlets looked as if they had been on fire. The washer and dryer did not work and there was no outside trash can although we were instructed to put our trash in the outside...

"Had a great stay at Lenore's place. Wonderful location that was convenient to the beach and the shops/dining in town. It was helpful to rent the golf cart to get ourselves and our one year old to the beach. If we didn't have a little one it would have been an easy walk. Lenore was very responsive and answered quickly when we struggled with the lock box. The house is historic and the upstairs is more rustic than downstairs, but suited our needs well.
