Down the hall you will also find a queen bedroom and separate brand new renovated full bath. The dormered upper level beholds an adorable double suite, second brand new renovated full bath, and spacious king master bedroom. Laundry is conveniently located in the basement. NOTE: both bathrooms have been fully renovated and are brand new as of summer 2019 (photos have not yet been updated).

Perfect for entertaining, the home is complimented with expansive outdoor gathering spaces surrounded by an ample 1.15 acre of greenery awarding you coveted privacy and pure natural splendor. Relax and unwind to the sound of chirping birds with your morning coffee on the sun-drenched back deck. Host an afternoon BBQ on the Weber grill and play a game of bocce or croquet on the lawn. Wash off from a day at the beach in the refreshing outdoor shower. Beach chairs, beach towels and a cooler is included for your convenience.

ABOUT US: Your hosts are 2 vibrant young couples with 3 children who are lifelong friends with a passion for travel, architecture, and design. Long hours working hard in Manhattan led us on a search for an idyllic location where we could escape the commotion of the city and reconnect with family and nature. Martha's Vineyard fit the bill wonderfully, striking the perfect balance of quiet charm and relaxation.
