"Best hotel in Israel! Best service from all the staff everywhere, great food, great facilities, spacious rooms, clean.. really dobr have anything bad to say, loved it!"
"I arrived on the first day to check in. I was treated badly and disparagingly by the receptionists as if they were doing me a favor. I got a room with a shocking view even though I was promised a room with a sea view Finally, after proof, they changed my room with a very disrespectful attitude, as if they were doing me a favor. Rooms are very outdated and not renovated. There are not even any electrical outlets available. Old furniture Breakfast is a reasonable level and nothing more. I do not...
"Our room hasnt been renovated yet, but was a good size with great balconies with stupendous views.
Service is AMAZING! To a person, every single employee we encountered was pleasant, helpful and made the whole stay very enjoyable. They responded immediately for questions we had. They sent help within minutes to reset the safe. We have food allergies and we graciously given alternatives. The dining hall is very well run with none of the frantic feelings I've encountered in past trips to Eilat....
"Old and worn out resort. Corresponds up to 2* but not more. Loud local guests. Breakfast just ok. Service ok, though check in took longer than usually."

"Nice place "

"Wonderful the breakfast is out of this world. Room with wonderful balcony overlooking the gorgeous pool, rooms clean coldly . Walking distance to the city activities. No beach would be the only down side but I’m not a beach person so doesn’t really matter. No complimentary water and a little skimpy on the toiletries ( two people but only one bottle of each shampoo/conditoner etc) trivial but would be nice to be able to say this place is really spectacular. Spa was nice , not the best in the world but for just a massage it was perfect. I’ll be back here again for sure . Super value for your money !"
