“Nice hotel”

We were there for three nights. Room and hotel were clean and quiet. Very good breakfast. Friendly and competent staff. The only negative was that our door key quit working twice.

they had lovely rooms, indoor pool and a full breakfast that included waffles the shape of Texas. Great hotel. Nice Staff

“Christmas vacation”

Great place, great location, service was really good, eventhough is close to the Highway you don't hear the traffic, breakfast was good.

This hotel has nice size room, a good location and a great breakfast bar.

“Great deal for the money”

We were visiting our daughter, son-in-law and grandkids who are at Fort Bliss. Our room was a good size to have them over and open Christmas presents and not feel crowded. There was a full kitchen area, even though we didn't really use the appliances. We stayed two nights and our supplies were repleneshed on night two, except for washcloths. The bathtub drain was very slow and I informed the desk about that. Other than those two incidents, the overall experience was great and purchasing through Expedia was a money saver versus purchasing throught the facility directly. The free breakfast was really good and the pool and hot tub were great too.

“pretty good”

This hotel was comparable with other hotels around the airport visually. Nice. Beds were comfortable. Couch in the main room was cheap, not overly soft, and covered with rough fabric though. The gym was okay but had no temperature controls so it was intensely hot. Lots of breakfast options including many hot ones. I would stay there again, but I've stayed at more consistantly awesome hotels too. It's pretty good for El Paso.

The hotel was very clean and a good breakfast. Would stay there again but not with an animal.

“Great for the price!”

The room seemed to be larger than the regular embassy suite rooms, which made it a comfortable place to have a family. The hotel was an older hotel, yet had a unique ambiance that was not hotel in the box feel. Staff was extremely responsive to our all of our service request and were polite and friendly.

“Will stay there again if ever in El Paso.”

Overall, the stay was acceptable. A little too close to Mexico and the violence there to suit me. The morning breakfast staff spoke no english at all and became visably upset when my wife and I got to the buffet some fifteen minutes before it closed. Later the motel staff were having a great time eating the left overs.

“Noisy”

Hotel is too close to Interstate 10, the traffic keeps you up. I had a room facing the freeway. Requested to be moved on several occasions, however I was not accomodated. Requested a king bed, paid for a king, was given a queen. Staff attempted to be professional. Requested an early check in, that was not honored. Exercise room air conditioner was inop,(too hot).Requested a taxi at 5 pm, the staff called back at 5 am with a taxi. Stay some where else, next time.
