"Clean - even though my husband suffers from allergies to fur, and we usually look for a "no pets" policy, he did not have a problem here. The leather sofa and tile floors helped a lot. Bed was clean and comfortable. Minimal shampoo, but enough for overnight. Simply a quiet family neighborhood, just right for having our army son stop by. Roku TV - we had to learn it, but we did and it worked! Coffee pods were a little low, but the tea selection was great. Minutes from the Daleville gate."

"Overall stay was good, but there are several things that need improvement: 1. Stairs lacked any handrail - this is surely a safety issue for older folks like us and possibly a code violation. 2. We had to buy our own facial tissues because there were zero in the house when we arrived. 3. There are no towel bars or towel hooks in the bathrooms so you have to throw hand towels and bath towels on any available clean surface between uses. "We basically only slept at this property since we had preplanned events booked the entire duration of our stay. The beds are very comfortable. The showers have nice hot water and the master bedroom had plenty of space. The decor was nice and it had an at home feel. They left grab n go treats for their guests which I thought was a nice gesture. Especially since we didn’t come to sleep until late in the evening and had to be right back out early the next two mornings. The only minor complaint...

"The rooms were not set up as advertised (3 king beds) but it all worked out. After cleaning, repairing and organizing some things, we all settled in and had a great time. There needs to be an info packet in the house for renters. That way the owners wouldn't have to be bothered to find out things like trash pick up days."
