PRO: Everything was there; Starbucks 24/7, restaurants, bar, gym, etc. Chairs and bed were very comfortable. Keurig coffee maker in the room was nice. CON: The toilet didn't flush unless we held the handle down for a very long time.

The area was very quiet and everyone was very friendly. I would recommend to anyone that is a family(including animals) to stay here and have some fun. Kids arcade was a little small but extremely nice they had something for the kids. The 2 bedroom suite with 3 beds was a huge plus for my big family, very clean and would love to stay again. Table games were great and so was the slots, the food at the cafe was amazing!

Very dirty and outdated. Room was a non-smoking room but the smell of smoke was still very strong, even though we were the farthest away from the casino. Also, lights didn’t work on most of the lamps. TV in the extra room had even more limited channels. Worst of all was there was no wifi. Called the front desk to ask if there was something wrong with it, the person was rude. He response was, “What do you want me to do about it?” Would never stay here and would never recommend, especially for non-smokers and anyone looking for a clean room.

Broken doorknob on the bathroom, loud neighbors, used to love eating at the cafe. Food now lacks flavor on every part of the plate, very disappointed in it. This isnt the cheapest hotel to stay in when it comes to this area, but they are definitely presenting like it should be the cheapest.

We made reservations for the steakhouse a couple of weeks ahead of time. When we checked in we were told the restaurant was closed that night. We traveled all the way from Reno for nothing.

All the staff looked liked they hated it there. The casino was no fun! Slot machines where horrible. The food selection was very slim. The rooms are surface clean, but they are comfortable. Definitely not worth the price and resort fee.

Ok - when you get stuck in Elko
Hotel is a bit run down. The hallway had a musty smell in the first few days that changed to a dog pee smell that finally dissipated after a couple of days. Great laundry room facility. Attached to the casino with Starbucks and two restaurants. Staff was friendly.

BEWARE!!! This property should not even be listed as an option from Orbitz. When we walked in to the “hotel” finding the front desk was difficult, asked a casino worker and she said “over there!” And walked away. It was not just over there, it’s hidden in a back corner of the dingy, musty, old casino with no signs. The front desk staff were not anymore helpful than the aforementioned staff. Once we got our room number I asked if they had a cart that we could use to get our stuff inside, he simply said look around. Upon looking, to my surprise, there was not a cart or a helpful worker in site. We decided to look at the room prior to lugging in our bags. The room is very old, terrible lighting, dirty carpet, bed had stains, and smelled musty. At this point we went to the front desk and informed him of our finds and explained that we aren’t willing to try another room given what the rest of the facilities looked like. He said have Orbitz call and we can refund you. Orbitz tried to contact this property for 3 days with no answer! I also tried, no answer. This property is old and run down and so are their employees. To top it all off, all their restaurants and shops on site are closed, so you don’t even get everything that’s mentioned on their “amenities” list. I wouldn’t stay here if someone paid me!!
