The virtual front desk person was a bit annoying but I get it. The parking was a bit tight and the coffee maker was bogus. Other than that we enjoyed our stay, we stayed in the two bedroom suite and it was very roomy and clean :)

The daytime host was extremely nice and very helpful. I asked her if I could check-in early due to arriving earlier than I had expected and she really worked with me. The desk clerk was amazing, truly amazing. I should have bought her a drink she so exemplified what excellent customer service is. The road was clean, no sign of cockroaches and seeing as I did not request cockroaches through hotels(dot)com, kudos to the establishment. Plus, it was another sunny day in Crescent City and the wind was such you couldn't smell regret wafting from the nearby prison

We were given a free upgraded room, but when we went in the room, it hadnt been cleaned. According to the manager at the office, who was wonderful and very quick to help, the cleaning staff had neglected that room for 2 days.

Nothing in the room worked TV coffee pot heater staff was very disrespectful and treated us like dirt we witnessed his behavior towards other guest very disrespectful and our hundred dollar deposit was taken for us smoking outside and bringing the odor back in the room the blonde haired receptionist laughed and said they don't have to give me my money and to leave
