hotel is completely outdated. smells, did not get the room I reserved. grab and go breakfast was horrible. room was dirty. shower was gross. sink didn't drain. bathtub had black spots all over. bathroom fan sounded like a train. sheets were scratchy. freezer didn't keep food frozen. tv had a blue hue. furniture was damaged

We had a great time visiting. the room was comfortable and had almost everything we needed. dishes and kitchen items were available on request, but it would have been nice if they had included automatic dishwasher pods or similar since there was an automatic dishwasher in the room. will probably be back next year :)

I did not like this property because it claims to be smoke free, but it only smelled of cigarette smoke in the hall, and then the room was not clean at all. My husband and I took one look around the room, and completely left, checked out.. and got a room elsewhere. Completely disappointed that this is presented as a nice place to stay online, but it is completely terrible in person. Had to spend days trying to get my money refunded, it finally was but it shouldn’t have taken that long to fight for it because the property is just not up to par. They can’t expect people to stay there once they see the conditions. I have 3 little children and I refuse to just have them sitting in a building that reeks of cigarettes.

Great service
Room was clean and I loved the layout! We were upgraded as I didin't originally know my daughter would also be staying, so the room needed linens for the pull out couch but the problem was promptly addressed. The only real problem was the room was really hot for our tastes and the heater, though we turned it down to 58, was still a bit warm. I think that may have been because the weather had been unseasonably warm recently, so many businesses probably had that issue in Ohio. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would stay again!

The first room we were given reeked of cat urine. We were given another room and it smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. The third room that we were given was acceptable. Although through the evening we found out that the phone and microwave didn't work.

A decent night stay
Check-in wasn’t bad. The clerk was dealing with someone having a problem that didn’t speak English. After about ten minutes he stepped away and let me check-in. My check-in was quick and easy. Got to my room and got looking around. Room was dated but clean. No signs of bugs but it did smell like a stale ashtray (nonsmoking room). Bed was good and the HAVC worked as it should. I was awakened in the middle of the night by some woman yelling at someone. She was not happy about something. Her yelling didn’t last long and I got back to sleep. Woke up and got ready for work. The shower was ok. The hot water was good but the pressure left something to be desired. The toilet was clean and flushed well. The vent fan sounded like a 1986 Honda Civic missing a piston. Checkout was easy and they had some quick breakfast items. Oatmeal and granola bars with “coffee”. I wouldn’t not stay there again for the price. Not sure if I would make it my first place to stay.
