I hoped if the room had a chair suitable for comfortable sitting. There was a single chair but it was too high and meant for eating I guess.

We stayed here on our way back from Tasmania driving to Queensland. Conveniently located near the Hume Hway. The room was very clean and comfortable for the night.

I liked the gated security area for parking. Having a car loaded with camping gear this provided peace of mind that security was good.

Tiny dark dingy room that I would expect to pay half what I did. Stayed there because we had a wedding close by, not really anywhere to dress and do makeup. Window that led to nowhere (ie brick wall). Very dark and paper thin walls. Staff were nice but the place itself was disappointing.

I liked the security and the cleanliness. The bed was very comfortable. Was a little disappointed there was only 1 coat hanger and no cutlery (apart from wooden teaspoons). Come to think of it I don't think there was any plates or bowls either but don't quote me on that.

We had the disabled suite which was very roomy and certainly suited to someone with mobility issues. The room was very clean and well appointed. Road noise was minimal except when certain people seemed to want to wake the whole world. Staff were friendly and helpful.

We picked an overnight stay here as it had a restaurant. On arrival we were told it was closed as chef had left thier employment.( is this false advertising??) The rooms were pooly soundproofed we could here people at different times in adjoining rooms and I do not believe they were talking too loud - kept me awake for several hours. There were few guests so I do not understand why guest were all given rooms adjoining when they could have been spread out. Was a convenient but congested drive to the airport. Would not stay there again.

Visitor policy must be clear before people take reservations I was disappointed when staff kick out my brother he went to visit me, really it was shocking to me never happened to me in my life time, also if you don’t visitors to inter the hotel Room it fear but you should have lounge Room for visitors.

They are fraud. After making payment online for my booking, they still charge me for $150 on site. I was told that I will be refunded next day when I leaving. They never refund me my money. I was told to contact my bank. Calling my bank for an hour 15 mins with no solution. Please, you go there be carefull and dont be naive to allow them to charge twice. Thats is a theft of highest order
