Nice house, comfy couch & beds
This house is cute & clean! Our favorite things were the comfy bed & couch, Smart TV with all the apps, and having the half bath. The kitchen is really nice & the owner responded immediately when I didn’t have the door code. Good stay & will stay here again if it’s available!

Very modern, updated, cute, cozy home! Perfect for visiting the area. The blankets on the beds are heavenly. The kitchen has gorgeous countertops. The sofas are perfect for lounging and entertaining guests. Very convenient grocery store around the corner.

Great location
We enjoyed our stay at this house. It is the perfect location and close to the university and shopping. We wish we knew it had 1 and 1/2 bathrooms. There is only 1 bathroom with a shower and that is hard with 5 people. The other bathroom is in a bedroom and it only has a sink and a toilet. Everything else is great. I would stay here again with less people just because of the single bathroom with a shower.

Quiet neighborhood
The location was good for this property and the couches were very comfy. The house is small, but roomy enough for a couple or small family. There is only one shower/tub and the handle was broken... minimally functional, which made it difficult to take showers. The owner offered a partial refund at the time, but never followed through with the offer. The bunk beds are in the room with the washer/dryer with no closet or drawers and they were not very comfortable. The other beds were comfy, but no extra sheets or blankets. Overall, I would recommend.

Cute updated house
We were very impressed with this house. It looks like it was recently remodeled and it had everything we needed for our stay. The location was so convenient to get to the University of Arkansas and downtown Fayetteville. We would definitely stay here again when we come back!
