If you are looking for things that "Keep Fayetteville Funky", you will be staying a few blocks from the night life on Dickson Street, the Farmer's Market on the downtown square & many locally owned bakeries, restaurants & a Fayetteville cornerstone, Ozark Natural Foods grocery & deli.

This guest suite has its own private bathroom, a large walk-in closet, comfy king bed, desk, and Roku TV.

Right outside the door is a common area kitchenette equipped with a microwave,/air fryer, standard coffee maker, coffee, dishes & a relaxing couch so you can watch your favorites on the Roku TV.

Great bargain in a great location
Very roomy, clean, and comfortable. Location was convenient for all we wanted to do. It was like a cute B & B without the breakfast.

Nice Place
House was very nice and comfortable beds. The only things that needs improvement is that there is a window above the door to the room and the hall light shines right into the room so it make it difficult to sleep if your used to sleeping in the dark. So in my opinion it needs to have a curtain option to cover it. Also I was looking forward to the hot tub but it is not easily accessible in that we couldn't get the cover off and it is located under the deck which is a small space.

UARK UNIQUE
Unique property that is close to everything UARK. Clean with lots of extra amenities. Host is a wonderful communicator. Great parking, and a nice landing spot for someone who doesn’t need a whole house, but wants more space/options than a hotel. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Perfect spot to explore the heart of Fayetteville
I was in town to watch a swim meet for my high school kids. I’m a Marriott guy but didn’t want to stay 10 minute drive from campus. Since it was just me all I needed was a room and wanted something more cozy and original and this was it: a beautiful room in a Victorian house that is also a cool art gallery in walking distance to all of campus and Dickson street. I walked to the meet the first day and it was a 15 minute site-seeing stroll. Walked to breakfast another morning to a great spot nearby. Parking was easy too. I had a mixup with the keys and had to call the property manager around 10pm for help and she was great and solved my issue. Just pay attention to which key is which when you stay - I did not. Can’t wait to stay here again next time I’m in town! This place was one of the big reasons I’m now a fan of Fayetteville now (I’m a KU grad and love Lawrence). Enjoy your stay - I sure did.

Graduation Weekend Stay
