The room type you had booked there are only a few in the hotel and another guest had booked the same room type which is why you had a neighbor next to your room. Hello Ethan, We apologize about the cash deposit requirement and understand that this can be frustrating. The information is detailed on the website. We usually contact guest that will need the deposit but was unaware as there was only a phone number listed on your reservation. I will also discuss with the staff to remind them that I have authorized the deposits to now be placed on cards as I understand not everyone carries cash on hand. unfortunately, your reservation did not come through to the hotels system but we did honor the reservation. We show that the reservation was booked for a single queen bed room (we do not have king beds on this property) not all queen beds have fridge and microwaves. We did not have the room type you had booked so we upgraded the room type to a double with the fridge and microwave. We do put the housekeeping service is upon request on the inside of every key card packet and had we known we would have been more than happy to provide housekeeping service. It might have been hard to noticed management as we were actually covering the morning shifts on the front desk and taking care of the breakfast each morning the dates of your stay. We are sorry that you feel we did not do our best to take care of you during your stay
