“This place was by far the best place we ever had up North. Secluded but not isolated, you feel like at the tip end end of the Northshore! Close to Gooseberry and the lighthouse, few miles away from our favorite pie place, stunning view, awesome beach, fire on the beach, beautiful wooden house, fully equipped. And last but not the least: flawless communication with the manager. Our visiting family was so amazed, and we are greatful to have found this gem. Hope to go back again😀”

“This beautifully appointed cabin is right on the water, with a fantastic deck on which to enjoy it. The interior is spotless and the kitchen has everything you could need to cook up wonderful meals. We found the cabin in real life nicer than the pictures. Fantastic experience.”

“We had a great time on our trip to Lutsen Mountain. We did some hiking and skiing and thoroughly enjoyed our trip! We got to explore the winery across the road and also visited nearby Grand Marais. The VRBO was in an exceptional location, very quiet and clean. Received prompt responses from the owners with all communications. The VRBO was well equipped with furnishings and kitchen necessities. The one thing that took a little getting used to was the heating system-tricky to get a comfortable...

“This is a quite retreat for anyone looking to get away from the hustle of life. Beautiful view of Lake Superior, no neighbors, woodsy, clean, and well stocked. It is close to the Splitrock lighthouse and Gooseberry Falls, which we enjoyed very much. After a cold hike, warming up with the fireplace and coffee was just the ticket. I would recommend this place if you really want to relax.”
