Just like home
This house had everything and then some. It is a great place to relax. We would stay there for a month if we had the time. The host Sandy was very responsive. I can’t say enough about it.

The property was exactly as described. The owner was very thorough in their description. It was the little attention to details that made the difference for us like the good toilet paper, k-cups, a first aid kit, and even flashlights right by the front door which made it easy for us to navigate when we arrived after dark. The extra bathroom was an added plus as well. We stayed with 3 families containing 6 adults, 4 teens, and 2 pre-teens. It was plenty of room for us all. Thank you for a great stay!

Great stay! The house was perfect for my entire family. We had 6 kids from 3 months to 12 years and 5 adults. The side studio was a little small but worked for 2 adults. The house was clean with a great property. The owners were very responsive. Would definitely stay there again.

3rd annual UTV/ATV Ride
This was a 3rd year ride with friends. This property fit all of our needs both in comfort, parking of all our trucks & trailered rigs. Very relaxing property. Very well stocked pantry & appliances. All our friends were well pleased, and comfortable sleeping accommodations. Highly recommend and passed info to friends. Thank you Sandy!!

We stayed here to attend a family wedding and booked an extra night to enjoy the house. Can’t say enough about this place, a lot of attention to detail. Felt like being at home. The hosts are very nice and always responded to my questions quickly. We would stay here again.

Beautiful home! The property manager is delightful to work with. We loved the house immediately and asked one day one if we could extend our stay one day. It was difficult to do through vrbo, but the manager worked with me through the orcas and graciously allowed us to stay another night. Will definitely make this destination an annual trip. We had a lovely stay. The property was just secluded enough to feel out of the way and quiet but close enough to everything in Flagstaff for lots of fun. Sandra was very responsive and so kindly gave us a gift certificate when there was a misunderstanding about check in. Very clean and well appointed with everything we needed. Room to spread out
We had an excellent stay at this lovely home on wooded property. Our hosts were very responsive to our concerns and checked in without being intrusive. We had a family get together over our 7 y.o. Granddaughter’s Spring Break. She heartily endorses the play room with plenty of toys and games for creative play and an awesome wood stove. Flagstaff had record snow this season which presented minor difficulties. We brought snow chains as recommended; but, the snow melt rendered the dirt road with deep, muddy ruts. A car with higher clearance would be recommended during transitional seasons. We were still able to get out and enjoy the local sights but it was dicey with our small hybrids. Make sure to visit The Drinking Horn, a local mead tasting room with mead sourced from local honey. Our granddaughter enjoyed earning 4 Junior Ranger badges at the local National Monuments and the Grand Canyon. Bearizona was also a highlighted memory. Thanks, Sandy for opening your home to us.

We absolutely loved this property! It was the perfect location offering privacy but also close enough to downtown Flagstaff and nearby convenience stores. The property itself was pure perfection. There was plenty of entertainment inside for both my 8 year old (toys) and my 13 year old (pool table). The property was large offering tons of space for snow play! Upon our arrival the host made the check in process very easy and her communication was impeccable. The house was clean, had everything we needed, and truly offered a sense of home away from home! We cannot wait to return next year for our annual family trip!

Property was secluded and quiet. House was very well stocked we used a lot of the amenities. Our family enjoyed the pool table. Perfect getaway!
We love Flagstaff and decided to get away there after Christmas with our 5 kids and a dog. Snow had fallen the week before so we enjoyed the property in the snow. The house was just perfect for our needs - the kids all stayed downstairs and we had the bedroom upstairs. The kitchen has everything you need to cook, lots of options for your morning brew, we built a fire each night and really enjoyed heading to The Grand Canyon and to Sedona from the house for day trips. Sandy was extremely communicative when we had questions and was always quick to respond. We would definitely stay again if in the Flagstaff area!

The house fit our needs perfectly. Immaculately clean, comfortable, well maintained space with beautiful views and land, and great location to the sights of Flagstaff. The property manager Sandra was gracious and accommodating, and the preparation of the property including all of the details and creature comforts provided were top notch. My 16 year old did a virtual tour for his friends at home, he was so impressed with his room and the house :) It may be the best VRBO experience that we’ve had. We all look forward to revisiting this property in the spring or summer.

Wonderful Holiday Stay!
We had a wonderful time at this warm home tucked away in the woods. Our family had a great time and some of the highlights were the communication, welcoming of our fur baby who we discovered is an outdoorsman at heart, the warm decor (you can tell the home has a ton of love in it), the beautiful backdrop of snowy woods, close proximity to snow adventures, the adorable goats next door that our little ones( dog and child)were mesmerized with, the amenities provided to make some yummy family meals, the lovely beds and linens, newly renovated bathrooms, we are anxious to make it annual trip! Grateful for the family time in this beautiful home.

Perfect Cabin in Flagstaff
We really enjoyed our stay at this cabin while we explored the greater Flagstaff area. Home had everything you could possibly need and then some. Property is peaceful; loved hearing the wind blow through the pines. Nature abounds; we spotted an Abert squirrel on the back patio; a coyote crossing the property down into the nearby field; and a group of deer to see us off on our final morning! Lots of birds, too. Great place!

We had such an incredible time staying at this property, we were already looking to see when we could come back before leaving! It was so great all the amenities that were available for us, the kids toys, all the spices/pans for cooking in large groups made it feel so nice! This was a very comfortable rental. It is located in a wooded area that is near National Forest. It is well-maintained. Kitchen utensils were abundant. They included large pots and pans that an extended family needs. For those who enjoy coffee and tea, the European coffee grinder and drip coffee-maker were perfect along with a variety of teas. The architecture of the house fits with its mountain setting in the woods. Its four bedrooms allow extended families to spread out. Were it summer, we would have enjoyed the variety of furnished patios on all sides of the house. We would return.

It's Not A Vacation Rental - It's A Home!
Sandy made our stay wonderful. The house is incredibly well-appointed and the kitchen was easily the best-stocked kitchen I've ever seen. Every pot and kitchen utensil you'd ever need was there! Sandy also made sure to check on us during the snow and was responsive when we had a couple of questions. Can't wait to stay here again!
