Surprisingly clean and very comfortable. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. 15min away from Grand Canyon. Everything was booked in the area when we got there. We were very worried when we arrived but this place is a hidden gem. Don't be fooled by the construction going on outside. It was quite at night , we had a good night sleep, pillows was awesome and the rooms were very clean.

Totally disappointing property!! Misleading that you are reserving a room in a property with restaurant, bar and pool… when you arrive it’s bait and switch… sent across the road always… to what looks like an abandoned (outside looked deserted) motel. Garbage on ground all around property.. What a shame..because it had some old charm … for what you could see. Rooms dark..only three lantern lights.. no TV (tried to get it fixed but didn’t work ). The bathroom was nice.. What a shame …with a little work, maintenance honesty this could be nice.. So we took our money for dinner drinks and breakfast somewhere else instead of driving back to main property.

We had dinner and drinks at the bar with Boon. He was great! We were very surprised at the quality of food an bev in that tiny little town. Everything was fantastic!

Conveniently close to Grand Canyon which was the goal. Room was nice and clean, all the appliances worked. Would recommend.

Wow , this well priced property was a little gem. Easy check in process , the rooms were so large and very clean. We went over and had a beer at the bar and the service was friendly and excellent. I would ask people to think about paying top dollar in the village but instead stay 25km's out , save some money and the experience was excellent...... this was from 2 Australian's who have been travelling in the USA for 5 weeks..

There was no power when we got to our room and called the “front desk” but it was actually a remote worker and they pretended that they had maintenances number. We waited, but then physically went to the actual front desk and they said that the remote people don’t even have maintenances number. They got the power on, but the heater didn’t work well and they didn’t provide a blanket for either bed so we were freezing all night. Would not stay here again and very over priced.

The room was updated to a country style. There was no refrigerator or microwave. We stayed at the motel that was across the street from the building. The two staff ladies where very robotic with answers. I can see Ai taking over the front desk there.

Small tables and chairs outside near the parking lot was a nice idea. The restaurant dinner steaks were juicy, and the cheesecake was on point. Our server Juan was excellent! The bar offers great service and good drink selection. Room was clean, hot water, beds were comfortable, quiet at night, and nice coffee maker with mini fridge. Gas station and market nearby. Property has iconic western art and exhibits all around.

Room is fine, very basic, little older and worn but clean. There is no service in the room during stay. The restaurant on-site is pretty bad but the nearby taco truck was good.

It is a nice rustic place, but it was cold at night and all we had to heat the place was a small space heater. If it was warmer, I would rate it higher.

Let me start with saying the YOUNG staff at front desk were exceptional! The resturant & bar staff and food were great! Now the reason for my very low rating of the Annex across the street (west) of Inn. If at all possible Do Not stay in the Annex! I cannot rate the main lodge rooms. My wife & I spent 6 nights, so we had enough time to evaluate the lodging here very well. Plus i had fellow hikers stay near our room in the Annex ....dont even want to tell you the "hell" they went thru with the " Head Mgt at the front desk! We will NEVER stay here again!!!

One bed was broken, other bed was badly worn down. No exterior lights in parking lot for building C. No key required to enter building C. No TV remote. No one working when I checked out at 7am. Room size was good.

Our stay at the Grand Canyon Inn was nice. While not the most glamorous inn, very pleasant, clean and convenient. The staff was also very friendly.

No microwave. When asked staff to heat a cup of water, they refused. Nearby food areas charge exorbitant prices for substandard food. Need more lighting in lodge room – too dark. Rooms are too expensive for what you get.

Comfortable bed and big, clean room. Restaurant good but didnt always open when sign said it would. Cable didnt work so only channel was about the hotel and area. Asked for plunger, and they brought one; never had a hotel not do it for you before. Conveniently located between Grand Canyoin and Williams, AZ.

The TV did not work the entire time we were there. It had Direct TV bounce back and forth on the screen. The place is pretty old. The good were that the shower, toilet, and sink all worked.

If you are looking for the Four Seasons this is not it. What it is is a place that is affordable for families and an in between to Tusayan & Williams. Limited dining in off season of winter was a setback, could offer a few more items. Location is good for me while building in the area.

Toilet seat broken, none of the TV channels work, hot and cold water is switched in the shower, one of the floor lamp power button did not work. Hot water and the bed and descent price for one night sleep over before hitting the grand canyon tour the next day.

Room with a filled barrel :-)
The room was away from the main hotel. At night you are on your own. We found a giant barrel full of some liquid inside our room and since there is no staff available after 9 PM, we just rolled it out. The shower did not have the head - just an opening. They do have hot water.
