Neighborhood new which was nice and conveniently located to NAU campus. Overall good home. There is a nearby train that can be heard at various times in the night. One of the bedroom sheets were stained at arrival. Blackout shades/curtains recommended to add due to summer light at 5am, kitchen blender would be useful, not enough chairs for large kitchen table to sit all, more dresser space needed.

Graduation weekend a complete success!
This was the perfect home to have the family come together and celebrate our graduate! We had 12 people- this house absorbed us all so well! We were close to campus festivities, and quickly came back to the house and prepared all of our meals in the beautiful kitchen! Thank you for the hospitality!❤️🌈 Now our daughter is off to save the world with her new nursing degree!

Extraordinary house for a big family!
The house is absolutely beautiful and had plenty of room for all of us. My extender family and I stayed here for a short getaway between christmas and new years and it was amazing. We really enjoyed the stay, very convenient location. House owner was top notch and attentive to details. Everything was clean and spacious for our family gathering. Well stocked in the kitchen and plenty of towels for the bathrooms.
