The hotel was clean and comfortable, but had some issues with check in. When I arrived for my stay, there was 2 people ahead of me and I waited for more than 20 minutes. The next morning, I booked a room at the front desk for my co-worker.
I provided them with my credit card information and indicated that I wanted to cover a room for my co-worker on our company card. Simple enough. However, that night when we arrived exhausted after working for 10 hours, there were about 5 people in line and the same woman was working. I told my co-worker he would be in for a wait, and headed upstairs to shower. 30 minutes later I learned that once he finally got to the desk to check in, the woman working turned him away saying he had to pay for his own room.
I came downstairs, waited another 15 minutes, and then spoke to her and finally worked it all out.
I noticed this hotel is doing everything on pieces of paper which may be part of the confusion. I also want to say that the lady working the front desk was very nice but she needed more training before being left alone during busy check in times.
