The owner appeared to be good at the reception but when there was a problem, he would put all the blame on his customers!
Due to the “good” comments, we booked for 4 nights. But soon after we checked in, we had a big shock in the room and the experience was terrible! We talked to the owner but he did not admit it was his management negligence.
The room was unsafe to stay and we left, not spending a night there. We reported the case to hotels.com. Representative from hotels.com could not get in touch with the owner for almost a week. Apparently, someone seems to escape from his responsibility, to refuse for any further communication, to avoid any refund and after-all, seems to be dishonest & greedy.
Beware of this Boutique Hotel. Think twice before you book.
