Francesca & Frederico have created a truly lovely B&B. If you like to be incredibly close to all the best that Florence has to offer yet beautifully cosy in a gorgeous Italian period property then this is for you. Take the 20min T2 tram from airport to Unita (the end of the line) for just €1.70 pp and walk about 5mins up the road toward the Duomo and it’s just on the LHS behind Starbucks. It’s beautiful. There’s a very tiny lift that takes you to the 2nd floor. You can see and walk to the Duomo in about 2 mins, the Uffizi in about 15 and amble across the Ponte Vecchio for great sunsets and the Pitti Palace. I rate this property at least 7 stars out of 5. We stayed in ‘Simonetta’ room. It was very generous size for 2 with tall ceilings, en suite, AC and great ceiling fan. We stayed 3 nights and popped back in afternoons post city exploration and pre dinner. We could’ve stayed a month. Thank you F&F for a great long weekend

Federico and Francesca were the most amazing hosts! They allowed us to check in early and checkout late. They gave lots of recommendations and were very attentive. The shower in the room was wonderful. We would love to stay here again!

Definitely the place to stay for walking to all the sights, exceptional service and lovely rooms. Delicious Breakfasts and a lovely brochure created by the owners about Florence. They gave us a memorable stay for our first visit to Florence.

Overall it was a lovely experience. Read the bathroom facility and our room had a great shower but the toilet was slow to refill and we were told it had been a problem for a while.

Loved our stay at Boutique B&B Torre De' Conti. The location was super close to the train station and the rooms were very clean and comfortable. The staff was very helpful and welcoming. We loved our breakfast options too. The air conditioning worked very well and made our stay in Florence most enjoyable.

For a single room, everything you could need is provided and is perfect for a few days stay. Check in was easy and Francesca was very kind, helpful, and accommodating! Room is beautiful with classic Italian flair. Beds were comfortable and Bathroom/Shower were excellent.

The location was great! Very close to many of the monuments. Federico and Francesca were very welcoming! They were very helpful in recommending restaurants and making reservations. The room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good and plentiful with some homemade items prepared by Francesca. I would recommend this B & B!

Everything about this property is PERFECT! The location (a 5 min walk from the train station), but especially Frederico and Francesca's love and thoughtfulness to the guests and their property. Our room was magnificent (dark, cool, spacious), breakfast each morning was delicious (they even packed us a little something for the mornings we had to leave early for a tour), and they were available for any of our needs. Highly recommend this B&B!

Absolute gem
We loved this place - comfortable rooms, excellent location right by the Duomo, and the owners Federico and Francesca could not have been more welcoming and friendly. Breakfast was extremely good. My husband’s birthday was during our stay and they even gave him a gift. I would definitely stay here again - highly recommend.

Owners are friendly and go out of their way to make you feel at home and comfortable. Federico (the owner) even called to make ticket reservations for us for some of the popular museums and sites in Florence. Location is extremely close walk to the Duomo, Uffuzi, old City Hall and everything is within a 10 minute walk. We will be back!

Good location but unsafe to stay
The owner appeared to be good at the reception but when there was a problem, he would put all the blame on his customers! Due to the “good” comments, we booked for 4 nights. But soon after we checked in, we had a big shock in the room and the experience was terrible! We talked to the owner but he did not admit it was his management negligence. The room was unsafe to stay and we left, not spending a night there. We reported the case to hotels.com. Representative from hotels.com could not get in touch with the owner for almost a week. Apparently, someone seems to escape from his responsibility, to refuse for any further communication, to avoid any refund and after-all, seems to be dishonest & greedy. Beware of this Boutique Hotel. Think twice before you book.

I'm sorry for what happened but things didn't go exactly like this: the ladies came into the room and shortly thereafter broke the tap that fills the toilet flushing water. When I arrived at the B&B the ladies were very agitated because of fright, so I offered them a new room because they didn't want to stay in the one where they were. But they refused my offer and wanted to leave. I do not consider myself responsible for what happened and I think I have been the victim of damage caused by the ladies. When I was contacted by Hotels.com I explained to them how the facts went and there were no further requests.

The property is fine. The room we had was comfortable and the bathroom very nice. The breakfast buffet was good. One good thing about this property is its location. It is a few steps from the Duomo. It is convenient to everything we wanted to see. Its proprietors are another good attribute of this property. Frederico and Francesca did everything they possibly could to make our stay easier, including getting our dirty clothes to and from a laundry.

Great location near the bus and train station. Old building. There is an elevator and stairs to third floor. Rooms are quaint. Modern gorgeous bathroom. No English Channel on TV

Location excellent very close to the train station and in the center of the city. Walkable everywhere. Our room faced busy and noisy street, however the windows are very well insulated and we would not hear the street noise. If plan to keep windows open suggest to ask for room that faces courtyard. Very clean and friendly, good communication, certainly would stay again if come to Florance! Overall very pleasant stay.

Wonderful B&B in an excellent location for walking
We had a wonderful time in Florence at B&B Torre De' Conti. The room was spacious and well appointed. Mini bar with drinks and snacks for purchase. Bathroom was very functional and uncluttered. The location of this B&B is superb. Word of advice to people who aren't familiar: don't drive in this part of Florence if you can avoid it! There is paid parking available, but most of the streets in the city center are really pedestrian walkways where it is somewhat permissible to drive. So, driving is a tenuous proposition. The owners provided excellent advice and printed recommendations for things to see/do/eat/experience. Everything that we tried from the list was a great experience. They gave an excellent orientation of the city upon our arrival. All of these things really set the service apart at this B&B when we compare it to others in Italy.
