Very convenient, walkable and near SMN, plenty of restaurants nearby. Staff is very friendly and kind, breakfast is decent and the lady who does the coffee is super kind. Easy to find. I would recommend to install locks from the inside for added safety, specifically in single rooms. I’ll be back soon, hopefully!

Very Unprofessional cancel short to arrival
I did not stay. They were so unprofessional that they canceled my reservation 4 days before my travel. I had never seen it in my entire travel life. If you are a person who travels on a budget, do not book this hotel. I found a great hotel very well located. During my walk by Florence, I saw where they are. Very noisy street.

this review is absolutely false. The reservation was never cancelled, you never showed up. In fact you paid the noshow penalty. If the reservation had been cancelled, you would not have had the opportunity to write a review.

The staff was great, very helpful and friendly. We had drinks on the rooftop and that was great. Location was close to tourist attractions. On the flip side. It’s centrally located in the city so it was a bit noisy.

I don’t know where to start. All the booking sites as well as any website I found for Hotel Cantoria said no smoking, yet the daytime front desk person themselves was smoking. It lists itself as an accessible hotel but it is on the 5th floor with an elevator maybe 3 feet by 2.5 feet wide. On top of that, you enter on one side and ext to your right. Quite challenging for a person in a wheelchair. They have a rooftop terrace and a sign indicating, “Go up to the “Terrazza Cantoria” and ask Joy for the cocktail of the day. Well, I can end sure you there is no Joy at the Hotel Cantoria (literally or figuratively). Lastly, our room smelled like urine and the toilet seat lid was broken. Although they did fix the lid which helped reduce the smell, this has definitely been the most disappointing hotel of our trip so far. *I do want to say that they were responsive to our complaint which was appreciated. It is close to the train station station which is a plus. Also, the free breakfast is nice.

Are you in wheelchair? NO. How you can judge us? We host many guest in wheelchair every yalear, and all, ALL, Give us big compliments because in Italy Is not Easy to find an accessibile hotel like us ..In the room you have broken all the possible and we fix It immediactely...

A wonderful hotel and a good value!
Wonderful hotel in a great location. The room was spotless and spacious. Breakfast was very good and the rooftop deck was a lovely spot to take in the view with a glass of wine. Would highly recommend Hotel Cantorial!!

This was a wonderful hotel to stay at! Close to everything, never needed a taxi, clean, free breakfast, friendly staff and what my bf and I enjoyed the most is going upstairs to the ceiling terrace the view up there was spectacular and it was a very quiet chill area. Would definitely stay here again! We previously stayed at a b&b by the train station & it was not nearly as quiet during bedtime

Seriously??? In Florence we are touching 40, Is not possible to have the room with 16 after 2 minutes... Every 2 rooms we have motor, and the other room with the same motor did't complained...
