The hotel is in a good location. Easy access to transportation. Staff is 50/50. Night staff seems to be more attentive than day staff. A asked for a tea pot and I was offer hot water to be brought to my room. Unfortunately, it never happened!

Sep 18, 2019Receptionist knew she was wrong. Came up to us at another restaurant to apologize, yet management or Orbitz will not refund us. Terrible terrible service. I will use Expedia or booking.com now. Orbitz, you are just as wrong for not stepping in for your customer! Horrible!
