At check-in desk clerk was cold and couldn’t have helped less when I asked about parking. When we opened our door we were hit with a musty mold smell. We promptly closed the door and left. We had to find accommodations at another hotel that was clean and has fresh air.

I had been traveling for over 20 hours and was exhausted, the lady at the front desk was amazing on 3-16-23. The outside looked a little older, but the inside has been renovated and was spotless. It was a perfect nights sleep.

The staff was excellent, it's the only reason I rated this as two stars. Located in a rough neighborhood, the only door security was a little measly sliding chain lock on the door. Everthing was old, though clean. It was noisy, but the excellent TV service served as my noise canceling device. I didn't feel safe tbere.

Needed a place for one night as we travelled home. This place was perfect. Nice, quiet, clean and close to places to eat. The lady that checked us in was very friendly and nice. If we find ourselves needing to stop again, we will choose this Red Roof.

DISGUSTING!!! Never again.
My daughter and I stayed here for one night. It was ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. The room had fleas, the walls and ceiling had stuff all over them, the bathroom fan had grime all over it, the shower head was disgusting, the pillows all had stains and makeup on them. It is in a very sketchy area that is not well lit at all. The only plus was the lady at the front desk and the new floors.

The sheets were clean, the bed wasn’t very comfortable, it had a huge dip where it’s been heavily slept in. The rooms are needing some much TLC. Walls were filthy, thank goodness it was just and over night stay.

The "updated" rooms were done very poorly, falling apart, or things didn't even work. The bath fan was so packed with grime it wouldn't work. The paint was peeling off the tub and shower. Thw outside stairways were full of garbage and something sticky someone had dropped who knows when. On top of that the room itself was just filthy, especially the floors.

First the positives... it is an old hotel but the room I stayed in looked to be recently remodeled. The room was clean enough. The area around the hotel is a little shady looking. For the negatives... the check-in experience was painstakingly slow, in part because of the language barrier. The exchange, in the neighborhood of fifteen minutes, was stressful and not-at-all friendly.

Property is in poor condition from building on outside to inside rooms. Rooms are dirty and smell bad. Furniture is worn and needs replacing. Property should not be listed on Expedia. I have never had such a bad experience with alisting on Expedia .

This was an unplanned stop. The lady at the desk was very nice and even helped us get our TV working. Room was clean, updated and very comfortable. I would stay again and I travel this route a couple times a year.
